Sattvaindia.org (hereinafter Sattva) ships products across India.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 12–15 business days. This excludes time taken by courier agency to deliver.

• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹2,000. Delivery is within India only.

• Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners, and their details are shared with you for tracking your delivery date and time. Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.

• Processing times may increase slightly during holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. For international orders please make inquiries at ask.sattvaindia@gmail.com 

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Order weight or value

• Shipping method

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via website and, email or SMS.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sattva is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
